What to expect:

1. Cryptocurrency trading will be temporarily unavailable on Deriv MT5, Deriv cTrader, Deriv X and Deriv Trader platforms.
2. You can keep trading with your current account balance, and your positions in other markets will stay the same.
3. Cryptocurrency withdrawals and transfers won’t be affected. 

4. Trading on Derived Indices won’t be affected.

What you should do:
• Review and manage your open positions before maintenance begins. Modifying or closing positions on cryptocurrencies won’t be possible during scheduled maintenance.

Our services will be back online as soon as maintenance is complete.

Deriv cTrader system maintenance: 27 July, 08:00AM - 10:00AM (GMT) Jul 27, 2025 08:00-10:00 GMT

The Deriv cTrader platform will undergo scheduled maintenance on 27 July, 08:00–10:00 am (GMT). This process is conducted by cTrader’s developer, Spotware, to improve the system’s stability and performance.

What to expect
1. The Deriv cTrader platform should remain fully operational.
2. The Invite and cBot features may be briefly unavailable for up to 5minutes. All other trading functions will work as usual.
