We’ll be performing scheduled maintenance on our MT5 servers during this time to enhance your trading experience.
What to expect 1. MT5 will experience some downtime. 2. Trading, deposits, withdrawals, and modifications to open positions may not be possible. 3. Your active positions won’t be affected.
What you can do 1. Review and update your MT5 positions before maintenance begins. 2. Make sure your account is funded in advance, as deposits and withdrawals may be briefly unavailable during maintenance.
After maintenance 1. If you have trouble accessing MT5, uninstall and reinstall the app via the Deriv MT5 page.
MT5 will be back online as soon as maintenance is complete.
